We all managed to spring into existence as organisms called "humans." Is it possible that we beat the odds and spring into existence again in the future? I'm not talking about "souls" or any constant self here. I believe our brains are our "souls" and once brain death occurs the souls die too. But will we ever exist again? Under a different dimension perhaps? With a totally different personality, different genes, different environment? I believe if it happened once, it could happen again..

Possibly. That's why religions like Hinduism say we need to be saved from it. And Christianity says we need to be saved from hell.

Pascal's Wager therefore is worth a consideration.

We may come back..reincarnation maybe, but no memory of the past life perhaps.

it is a matter of definition. the material that makes you will be brought back into the 'cycle of life' after you decease. this material will (sooner or later) be part of other life forms, even make up for neurons in a brain (or other functional components of a controling unit like the brain (life will evolve further)) again which is where you located your core of existence in. but the material will never form something exactly identical to you again.

We will never be able to know that, since it goes beyond our capacity for apprehension. However, I strongly wish to completely disappear after my death. I want to cease to exist with absolutely zero chance to regenerate my consciousness state as another form of life or, more generally, entity. Otherwise, this would mean that we are trapped in a hell in which we must constantly regenerate and exist as conscious entities, and thus being subject to any form of existential pain for all eternity. This is most likely the idea that scares me the most.

the thing is: your concern for being alive is bound to your identity (you think this way because of the way you are now )which is extinguished the moment you die. let's say, you are reborn. the concern you have now, is still gone. the problem is gone.
there are some ideas in cosmology that refer to the idea that this universe cycles to repeat over and over again but like you stated: it is not proveable.
