I have both GERD and IBS, I don't have the healthiest stomach. I'm worried about my SN causing stomach troubles for me, and not working right if it interacts with stomach acid. I don't normally take anything for my stomach problems, should I take more antiemetics or tagamet to be sure, or will it be okay?

I too have stomach issues and am too nervous about them to try SN or N or any of the other drinkable that require antiemetics. However, If I were going to try it I'd double or triple the antiemetics while doing so over the two days leading up to my attempt. Also make sure you attempt on a symptom free day and only eat toast or crackers if you eat anything at all.

SN sounds really painful...even without stomach issues. I can't imagine the pain if someone actually had stomach problems

Is 40 mg meto 40 minutes before doing it enough?

I wouldn't expect too much difficulty as both meto and tagamet are both used to treat "gerd" most people can be expected to lose consciousness in about 10 minutes with the sn method.

Would 40 mg meto and 800 mg tagamet with 1000 mg ibuprofen all 40 mins before SN do the trick?

Two users here made this procedure and they haven't returned anymore.

Im waiting 1 hour the meto given in suicide clinics for example wait 1/2 hour because its in liquid form, pills take about 1/2 hour to dissolve. All the rest sounds good though.

I definitely would not do the ibuprofen, it can exacerbate the nausea and such.

Just the meto and the Tagamet. Ibuprofen is hard on the stomach.

Already did it... oh well. So far so good. Going to make a goodbye post in a minute

Really concerned about this too as I seem to suffer from severe stomach issues, gastritis, inflammation etc. I do have the antiemetics (Zofran and Meto) but does anyone here have further thoughts on attempting SN with a really bad gut?
