I tried ordering anti-emetics from several sources but it's been over a month and they still aren't here yet, my area also got hit by the worst snow-storm in decades and the entire city will probably be shut down for an entire week (kind of ridiculous timing , it feels like the world has its claws deep within me and refusing to let go) . so I'm coming to terms with the fact that I might not be able to get them in time. my main concern is whether it'll be more painful without anti emetics , I don't mind vomiting I'll just drink more if I do.

Sorry to hear about the storm and being shut down.

AEs are clearly not painkillers .. :)

many people have done it without AE but vomiting will be more likely although that doesn't mean automatic failure

If nausea and vomiting constitutes pain then yes. you can get them prescribed from your doctor easy

Step 1: find a doctor you have no history with and has no records of you

Step 2: tell them your regular doctor gives you Ondansetron (Zofran is a common brand but it may very depending on where you are) for chronic nausea but he is away and you need more.

if step 2 fails, you can find new doctors until one gives you some, its not a controlled substance though so it wont set off any red-flags

Hope this helps I'm here to talk if you ever need to.

Using tylenol could help. It helps accelerate the SN process and its also a painkiller. Kill two birds with one stone :)

No, just take pain killers. You don't need antiemetics, even stan says so.
