Will Nitrogen Method make cells be preserved so as to prevent death?

Will Nitrogen be preserving cells (brain cells, body cells, etc.) so that your body/brain can be revived, as long as oxygen gets resupplied (even long after 40 minute mark)?
I ask this because i read https://www.onsitegas.com/blog/2017/05/10/nitrogen-for-food-preservation/,
and https://www.generon.com/using-nitrogen-gas-in-food-packaging/

By any chance, could Nitrogen prevent death in a way that Nitrogen is used for preserving stuff (such as food, etc.)?

I know there is a difference between liquid nitrogen, and air nitrogen I think. Liquid nitrogen is going to be much colder. And cold prevents cells from degrading. It stops cellular processes.

No, it will not. As one of your links mentions, nitrogen gas is used to displace oxygen and moisture, which spoil food (and both permit microbial growth, which spoils food as well).

Worth pointing that this done to preserve things that are already dead... you don't see many live chickens preserved in plastic bags filled with pure nitrogen, for example.
