Will jumping work?

I'm actually new here, so i don't know if someone has already discussed this. But i think I'll do it this summer in mid July. I'll have an access to the 16th floor. I know, that 99% i will die, but i'm not sure wether it's the best option for me. I can't buy anything like pills or a gun, but I don't think that rope or slashing wrists are better. What do u think about jumping?

Jumping is certainly better than cutting because the success rate of cutting is very low compared to jumping and cutting also hurts way more and it leaves a gruesome scene. The 16th floor is more than enough. The only problem with jumping is the initial survival instinct before the jump. Also falling on the head is more successful than any other way. I don't know about rope though. I've heard that it's tough to pull off but that's all I know. I hope this helps

Many people have ctb that way so of course the method will work if one is jumping from somewhere high enough. Jumping sounds like a terrifying method to me that must require a lot of courage to go through with, but it certainly sounds like a better option than risky and unreliable methods like cutting and taking pills.

Jumping is not going to make it peaceful and quick if you think that, it's going to feel like everything is in slowmotion once you're falling, it's going to be a terrifying experience. Many times when people have jumped, they're often times still alive for a few more minutes, having a slow painful death.
There is chances of survival even if you're very high up, if you do survive you might get life changing injuries, such as being paralyzed forever and having no decision making over yourself whatsoever.
please put into deep consideration, is this really what you want to do? Is this impulsive or is this 100% what you want?
I don't know your story but I really hope you reconsider this.

Personally, I wouldn't do it (I'm afraid of heights lol), BUT I do think it's a more viable method compared to cutting.

From what I've read over the years, you have to be absolutely certain about what you're doing because once you go, there's no turning back. Plus, you have to be careful about where you jump from, as not all locations will give you a swift death, if at all.

can't help but ask, Are you trying to make an OMORI reference?

if you're hesitant about jumping, hanging is a better option; full suspension hanging is more effective than partial.
Slashing wrist is a long wait to die and i wouldn't consider it to be a suicide method.
