Will I thrash around after passing out from partial?

I don't have the house to myself. How much will I thrash around after losing consciousness and for how long? Anything I can do to stop it?

There are some videos posted here .... looks like a decent amount of thrashing ..... hard to tell for sure. Nothing you can do. I guess keep anything that would make noise away from your body.

Agonal sequences of hanging generally include mild convulsions followed by decerebrate and then decorticate posturing, denoting brain damage. The worst of it is generally over after 5 minutes with the occasional muscle twitch thereafter.
