this night i tried to CTB and told my friend about that so he wont look for me, i thought that wouldnt botger him much. but then he was crying and begging me not to do it, said that i was everything he had and that i give him hope (hes suicidal too) and if i commit it, he will too, im too empathetic so i listened to him cause i dont want to traumatize him, idk what to do, or should i only care about myself?

whether or not you care about yourself or your friend depends on your situation and how you feel. no one can really give you "advice" considering its subjective based on the individual.

literally my only reason to be alive is for someone else. but unless thats for you, i also wouldnt advise it either.

I just personally don't believe it's the best idea opening up about plans to die in the first place but anyway nobody is obligated to continue existing, we all have our right to die, it's just up to the individual whether to continue or not, it's not other people's decision to make.
