Why is it so hard to CTB? If an animal is suffering we put it out of its misery and call it humane. And yet we force humans to suffer. Can someone please give me the best method. BPD has ruined my life.Need to CTB NOW.

It is difficult to ctb, as even know we want to die, we are programmed to survive. Methods can also fail and society denies us a peaceful exit. If it was easier I would already be gone. It is cruel how the society tries to force us to live, but allowing us an peaceful exit would shatter many peoples delusions that life is always worth living. There are plenty of information about methods on this site. I'm sorry you are suffering so much, I hope you find peace.
