I'm unbelievably sorry you're suffering this much. I can see how much pain you're in, and i hope your pain can be relived soon, in some way or another. This is horrible.

I think it's the biggest question any of us have really- why is there all this suffering? Why has the world been designed to enable it? If there is a God behind it- I'd say we're likely in trouble because I just CAN'T see what end goal would justify all this. Not in our current format anyway. What would make all this worthwhile? Surely it would require a suspension of knowledge and memory. (Would we even be ourselves if we didn't have our thinking minds and memories?) If the 'best' happens and you go to heaven- how can you truly be happy when you know everyone back on earth is continuing to struggle? HOW can you be ok with that type of system?

I think more likely- it's just random. We've just evolved to be like this. Pain isn't mallicious- it serves a function- to tell us something is wrong and we need to do something about it. The AWFUL thing is when we can't.

I doubt that the natural disasters or accidents that happen in the world have evil intent either. Nature and chance is indifferent to suffering. It's just bad luck at the end of the day.

I suppose many of the other awful things that happen to us DO happen as a result of other people's negligence or even spitefulness. The 'why' there I suppose is selfishness or carelessness. Ultimately- this world doesn't reward people who put other people first- it tramples all over them. So, I think everyone just learns to look out for themselves first- sadly.

The fact is that suffering is simply the reality of this existence and all that life is, is just an unnecessary and tragic consequence of evolution. It's a cruel mistake how life has the ability to exist in this world with chance so cruelly determining everything. Just the way that life is will mean that existing beings will inevitably be tortured all through no fault of their own and this is something so horrific to me. It's true that only death can bring true relief from this hellish world, it's certainly that way for me.
