Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

"Response and effectiveness. Metoclopramide takes about one to three minutes to start working following an intravenous dose; 10-15 minutes following an intramuscular dose; and 30-60 minutes following an oral dose. Effects last for approximately one to two hours."

so its working right away?

According to the above quote- it's the IV dose that works that quickly. Oral dose- ie. tablets take longer- I think people often take them 45 minutes before taking SN. I think someone linked Stan's guide on your last post. I REALLY recommend you read that at the bare minimum:

Of course- it's up to you what you decide to do but it does seem like SN in particular is more successful when people have followed the protocol. So- fasting- both food and water and taking anti-emetics. Some people choose to follow a 48 hour protocol. Some even a 3 day protocol to build up the amount of meto in the system. People have still been sick after taking anti-emetics but I guess it increases the chances of success.

Honestly, I don't know the success rate. Especially with or without anti-emetics and following/ not following the protocol. The scary thing is- all DIY CTB methods carry risk. I think there are examples of all of them failing. When it comes to SN- I believe some people have succeeded despite not following the protocol. That said- when people have tried and failed- it quite often seems to be that they didn't follow it.

Really though- I think you need to do your own research. There's plenty of information here- it's a popular method here. Please don't just rely on putting a question out there though. If it's people like me responding, we are only going off of stuff we've read here and there- sometimes weeks ago.

There probably aren't official studies when it comes to suicide methods either. The mainstream people likely don't want to release statistics on reliable methods. It's simply guesswork here too. Being annonymous- we just kind of assume- if someone makes a goodbye thread and that they are using SN- and then- they don't log on- that they have been successful- but- we don't really know. Take @Vizzy for example- who only recently CTB. We likely assumed he used SN because that's what he said in his goodbye thread- but- now it seems he used Nitrogen in the end. Sadly, it's a risk we all take when we decide to attempt. My method will likely be SN if I ever have the guts to do it but I'm definitely scared. I'd likely opt for the three day protocol to give myself the best chance of it working.

I was following Vzzy, What makes you think that he turned to nitrogen in the end ? I was trying to follow him until the end.

I wonder why vizzy used SN instead of his hood setup
His death was covered by several thai newspapers and there are photos of him death with the hood on his head and all the Nitrogen setup there, so looks like the died from Nitrogen. Maybe he vomited like it usually happens with SN and went to the Nitrogen.
