I've been pretty fixed on using this method by lying in open rails at night and maybe stuffing myself with sleep pills to pass out on the rails. I don't think I'd survive but I'm worried about scarring the driver tho it's unlikely he'd notice me.

Yeah, I thought about that train method a long time a go too. I have a railway line very close by. I just couldn't traumatise the poor driver. It is also a pretty violent demise too.

This is exactly why I can't consider methods that involve anyone else. If we believe that it's truly our own decision to make, we shouldn't involve others.

I even feel sorry that someone would have to discover me (though I intent to schedule a text to the emergency services hours after).

Don't you start with train threads as well, we already have 1 resident train spotter.

The train method is too messy not to mention SI are bound to make it harder to go through. I mean not only the sound of the train coming towards you but the vibrations on the ground. It's a violent death not only in action but atmosphere as well.

That's method is too violent and traumatising.
I would rather do jumping than train.

Oh well hope he can help me find a lone railway since I live in a city where all railroads are near the center and it's really hard to find ones in isolated spots, not to mention not light up ones.

trains slow down near crossings, you would have to walk far across the traintrack or jump over a fence for the train to be travelling fast enough to kill you.

Any form of suicide ultimately traumatises those around you. It's not easy on the people that have to find your body.

I find it wrong because it brings someone else into the method, the driver. Whom most times will have to live with the consequences of someone else's decision to end their live and be tramutized. Idk just my thought.

It was my method of choice years ago, I would never do this today. You will traumatise the driver and the risk of surviving and losing limbs is horrible.
