The PPH gives the minimum working protocol and therefore recommends them taken only in their effective time range. The half-life of most antiemetics is a few hours which means they will be excreted way before taking SN if they are started the day before. Vizzy mentions taking them early in his thread as a form of mental preparation but not as a necessity.
I think many people here start taking antiemetics early because many are afraid of vomiting with SN so they take extra even though there is no evidence it helps.Similar threads
