Anytime I get in a depressed state like bad depression I always feel like the feeling will never go away. Even though that I know that it's a cycle for me. I know I will feel happy again I just don't know how long it will take. But during the episode even though I've come in and out of the episodes many times throughout my life and I know that I will be happy soon, it always feels like it's never going to go away. And then when I do feel happy again it's an amazing feeling like a drug but I was never diagnosed with bipolar and I've had various very thorough evaluation's throughout my life.

Because your current self dies at the end of each episode so technically it doesn't end. In life, we're many people.

That's a really interesting take on this. Thank you.
Also do you know if my other post got deleted? I can't find it but I wanted to say that the car is gone now thankfully.

I deleted that thread. My original question wasn't going to get answered after our back and forth lol. I was in that car...

@happydayshappydays , you seem to be a sufferer of recurring depression just like me. I have been dealing with recurring Major Depressive Disorder for the last 15 years or so. It was mild at first, but it got progressively worse over the years. My depressive episodes in the last few years have been unbearably painful, :aw: and the medicines I take help me recover from a depressive episode, but I don't go back to becoming a happy person even when I'm not depressed. I don't know if I will ever become a happy person and enjoy life again like I did in my childhood and youth. 😔

I too suffer from MDD, diagnosed at the age of 12, I'm 23 now and I completely feel the same way you are feeling. If you ever want to chat more please feel free to reach out! Sending love 💕
