Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

For a majority of 2025 to now I have been sleeping nonstop. Eventually I went on iron pills due to low iron, but that didnt help my sleep at all. I'll get up in the morning, eat, look at my phone for a bit, then go back to sleep. I've been taking 3-5 hour long naps everyday and I dont know what's wrong with me.
how long were you taking your iron? it takes like a year for ferritin stores to come back up from the 'death' range, 0-10, and low ferritin alone (iron deficiency) can cause symptoms even without iron deficiency anemia.
your quality of sleep might just be crappy. the general healthy lifestyle advice can help as well as ofc, checking with a doctor who cares enough.

definitely!! i had iron deficiency w/o anemia and it took me 8 months to fully recover from my symptoms (low bp, pallor, extreme fatigue, shortness of breath, poor sleep). 4 months to see improvement.make sure youre taking it on an empty stomach with a vit c source, oj or an orange/kiwi. dont feel bad for resting, its better than straining yourself when a critical nutrient and component of your blood is compromised.
