Venting Why do i keep dreaming of her almost every night?

Why is my body torturing me like this?
How am i supposed to get over a girl when she appears in my dreams all the time?
It's almost like my subconscious mind doesn't want me to recover.
I'm legit afraid of going to sleep by now
