Why cannot I cannot browse when not on wifi?

I used to be able to access this website on wifi and cellular data now it's blocked on cellular is this the case for everyone and can this be changed I'm in the Uk

Strange. It works for me and I'm in the UK. Have you tried using a VPN?

For some reason the site will come up for me on cellular if I enter "sanctionedsuicide cat". I use DuckDuckGo and a VPN.

It always used to come up with just "sanctionedsuicide" but not any more.

I'm no good at any of this what's VPN? Is that the thing you have to pay for? The one that allows you to access the dark web?

I just tried DuckDuckGo and it works when on wifi, not on cellular so I think maybe it's my mobile provider?

Ah so I've just realised I can access it on cellular with sanctionedsuicide.site but .net only on wifi

My local library system recently blocked access to this site on their in-house computers and their wifi. I tried using Opera at the library on my device and this site will still not load.
