Help Which simptoms should i fake to get benzos for SN? What is the best benzo for this?

This is already true: I have depression, do SH on my arms and sometimes have anxiety and imsomnia (i don't wake up at night but i have a hard time getting into bed and starting sleep, also i can't mantain a sleep schedule).

Also, if i say to the doctor that i'm already using it from a previous doctor (fake story), which dosage should i say that they should give me? it needs to be plausible.

Also, i plan on telling that i'm already using sertraline 100mg.

Insomnia and anxiety should be enough for you to get benzos, no need to lie about that.

As for the dosage, you can refer to here for get the information about which benzos you want and the initial (and maintenance) dose for it

Just say you are scared of flying, or ask a local dealer.
