There's no one I hate. Hate requires energy. I don't give anyone that energy. Perhaps the closest thing is apathy or pity for some people.

i have a lot of apathy towards her—so much so that if she was to idk get hit by a speeding UPS truck……..I really wouldn't shed a single tear.

i feel i hold a lot of understanding/empathy for people who have directly hurt me like family or predators because their actions at least seem human and i know their story. i resent the system and some within it. there was one person within that system who was an actual human being and listened to me. shit changed my life, and now i know for sure most adults were treating me like shit as a kid and i hate them more than i ever could my parents (who i dont hate, i just dont want to be around them). i have their stare and tone of contempt fried into my brain. i hate psychiatrists and i think most child psychologists are delusional if they think they do much more than serve as an intelligence agency, and a psyop to make you believe your childhood unhappiness is a "chemical imbalance" (yet also malingering at the same time) and not largely a result of mistreatment and lack of normal guidance figure.

i think i can only thank them for making it obvious sooner rather than later, so i dont have to keep falling into the trap of thinking their validation and reductive "observative" language describe me as a person or allow/denies permission to feel however i want. theyre just stressed people in debt who do a job. i think they would agree with me, but the nature of the system denies a bonding over this agreement, and there are incentives to keep everyone thinking inside the box and upholding the power structure of these relationships.
