Which digital scales should I buy for the sn method?

Can I buy cheap digital scales for the sn method or should I invest? Anyone know of any good ones or will any one be good enough? Thanks

speaking as a baker, id personally buy something on the middle ground.
#1 tip: make sure it has the measurement you want (i could see me buying the wrong thing getting home and going "f*ck" lmfao)

Also what is tare function

you put the empty container on the scale then you click that button to set it back to 0 so the measurement doesnt include that weight

What sort of price is middleground

the ones on amazon for about 20$ CAD dont seem too bad. i personally would probably want the 20-50$ one, but id be using it for something different

You can test the scale with a nickel, which weighs five grams.
