Pool: Whats the best benzo to overcome SI and control anxiety before taking the N?

(Note 1: I dont want to feel heavly sleepy since the N will already induce this

Noe 2: if posible give me your personal opinion for your case. After that ill make a test myself)

huh, if you have n already just test out all the others and find what is the best fit for what you are looking for. every body reacts differently to drugs. there is no objective answer to this question.

Just looking for personal experience opinion. After colleting info ill choose 2 most selected benzos and run a test by myself.

sorry, I am not quite sure what you are asking me. Diazepam reaches its peak at 15-30 minutes, clonazepam at 30-60 minutes.
Which regime are you referring to?

make sure to run a previous test before the real date to drink SN or N

I would recommend alprazolam because that's a short acting benzo. Diazepam is long acting.

@LifeIsCrazyNemb i did test 0.5 and 0.75mg, i can force myself to be awake but the moment i close my eyes and lay comfortable, it is already morning. i feel fresh and good. i don't have much left to do test again, i only have 15mg.

Onset means when they start working and peak time means when they are working to their full potential :)
Their working time is for a few hours, so you don't have to worry about the exact time, just make sure to take it in time, basically.

The best doses for a person without tolerance would be those used recreationally in people with tolerance,Alprazolam has a more euphoric effect,"Giving alprazolam, as compared to lorazepam, has been demonstrated to elicit a statistically significant increase in extracellular dopamine D1 and D2 concentrations in the striatum.",In a way, it gives you more motivation, as long as the dose isn't too high to avoid blackouts. Diazepam is excellent, but in high doses it will make you sluggish, very lazy.
I like to use benzos while I play games, like playing alien isolation with diazepam and it's funny because I don't give a damn about the alien, it's common to have mini blackouts while playing slower games like red dead redemption 2, gta v, darksouls, I lose consciousness while playing and the next day I don't remember anything related to the missions or how the hell I got to a certain place on the map.
Alprazolam has the personality of Shia Labeouf, while Diazepam has the personality of Snoop Dogg.

it depends on your body, if you have any specific medical condition (such as panic disorder, etc)- as this would also have an impact on how your body will react to the drug; for e.g. people with severe panic disorder or other severe condition might only feel "relieved" and go back to the baseline of how other people without it would be. Even with a heap of klonopin. This is just one example I personally know of. And also your personal bodily/genetic makeup and things about your body you might/might not know of.

Also your tolerance level and if you've ever been on any benzodiazepine (prescribed/recreational use) and if yes, for how long and which kind.

In general; if you haven't been on any, I'm guessing that Alprazolam (short-acting/short half-life hence absorbed faster in the body) would be your best bet, as it could make you feel euphoric as well and feel like you can do whatever, especially if you don't have a need for it medical wise.

Diazepam could be an alternative but… (long-acting/long half-life - means it's a slower release to spread across the half-life, even though it has a shorter onset of time than Alprazolam albeit negligible, i think) would/could probably make you feel a tad bit slow and sluggish and a bit lazy

(I formed this opinion on the basis of: I've been prescribed with at least 6 different types of benzodiazepines over the past 10-12 years, know of others who have been prescribed with different kinds, and know of others who use different kinds recreationally)

Quick Update:
I tested Diazepam, 0,25mg on first day didnt feel anything. So another day i tested 0.5 mg and it just made me feel sleepy. Today i made a third attemp with 0.5 mg again, just felt sleepy again.

Im not convinced of the diazepam effect to help me overcome SI before drinking N

so my next test will be with Alprazolam, hope it can give me some euphoric effect (that diazepam didnt) so i can overcome SI.

I feel the issue with benzos could be that they make you feel "too good" to go through with the attempt? At least for me they make me feel like my problems aren't that big of a deal and I could just lay down and sleep it off.

Good point but Specificaly in my case, when i get some kind of high or euphoric i feel more willing to CTB. If i feel sleepy, anxious or with lack of energy i would probably lose my battle to SI and prefer to sleep it off. So i think i have opposite reaction toward benzo effect x CTB compared to you. Interesting...

Yes! I took one the other day and I was like I don't want to die anymore and then went to sleep

That's interesting! Do benzos literally make you euphoric though? I never had that, I think. I just feel comfortable and sleepy. What type of benzo made you feel that way?

This is a great question. I will definitely use benzos before N but benzos just make me sleepy, I never felt euphoria from benzos. Last time I ordered LSD from a legal store, they sent me RC benzo bromazolam 2.5 mg, the best sleep I had in my life, it knocked me out and I woke up completely refreshed. To me personally, it felt much stonger than diazepam. Really great question

Ahh, okay I see. Personally Alprazolam doesn't make me euphoric just very at peace and sleepy. One time I took a little too much and it knocked me out, I laid down for a moment and was gone sleeping 20 hours.

Interesting, this feeling you described "feeling very at peace" also is good to overcome SI.
Did you also felt this "at peace" vibe using diazepam or only with alprazolam?

This is a super low dose for diazepam. It's not a "potent" benzo like alprazolam or clonazepam. A typical dose for anxiety is 2-10mg two or three times a day:
