Where to get Sodium Azide?

I am in the USA, does anyone know where I can get sodium azide?... there are some places listed in google, but the ones I checked will only ship to businesses or research companies

Labs or photography supply stores.

Also can be made
HN3 + NaOH -> NaN3 + H20
HN3 + NaCl -> NaN3 + HCl

Correct the formulas if I'm wrong, anyone. You also need a gas mask and gloves. Probably not a good idea.
