Help Where to get lidocaine?

I've seen some people on here saying that you should use lidocaine spray to numb your tongue before taking N. But it looks like lidocaine needs a prescription.

How/where do you buy lidocaine?

Aside from the ebay link, where else can I buy primperan anti emetic? Someone said they received it with the package open. I don't like my mail opened.

Lidocaine is not effective for numbing taste of N.
