Even if it's a French territory, I doubt that sellers from eastern Europe ship there. Any ideas?

I'm sure there is but you need to go into the deep and dark web.
There are many tutorials on the internet. You just basically need to use the tor browser and a VPN software (such as hotspot shield) to be "untraceable" just in case.
If partially suspended hanging fails with me, I'm intending to get SN or a GUN in the dark and deep web
