9 times out of 10 cutting won't help.. I use it as a coping mechanism even the deepest cut on a proper vein or artery would only bleed for a few minutes b4 clotting happens

Cutting for CTB is a horrible idea. Failing a CTB will more than likely make life so much more miserable. Recommend looking for new methods with higher success rate.

I want to end things because I'm tired of feeling like a failure and always being wrong about things. I can barely be an adult and will never have more than a minimum wage job. What are ways to end things quickly and peacefully, preferably that I can hide from a spouse that works from home?

the chance that you will die is very small, about 2-5%, and if you cut the carotid artery right away, but the problem is that it's not real to get to it, I speak for the person who tried to pull it off but he didn't work out now he has a bunch of scars on his neck. as you were told, try another method because this one is not as reliable as possible

From what I'm aware this is a self harm method rather than a suicide one, I believe it would very likely just lead to more suffering, sadly suicide just isn't straightforward in this world. But anyway best wishes.

No, don't. You would have to have exelente anatomical knowledge. Are other proven methods too peaceful and painless for you ?
Or why are you looking for something really violent ?

I would not recommend cutting, there are much better methods, and if you want something similar, stab in the throat, but I wouldn't recommend that, something better would be acid or hanging.

don't cut, its not a reliable method. If you can, research a bit more and find more ways. Cutting is one of the worst ways go die. It is very painful and it takes a very long time. Anything that revolves around cutting yourself or damaging an organ is a bad way to leave. Very long and torturous process.

If you really want to, hmmm, I guess maybe on your neck, the carotid artery, but instead of slicing stab through it. Doubt that it will make it less painfull as if cutting on the wrist but there goes the fact.

Although, I recommend you to look up at another methods as it will hurt as hell and it's a slow process until you lose consciousness.
