Help Where is the carotid artery

I was wondering been trying to find it my neck has a pulse to it like a heart beating when i use two fingers but im not sure if that is it idk but i hope to get really good answers from you guys so i can find it and oh yeah! What do i do when i have found it ? Love you guys
