i drove for 4 hours tonight. i didn't get anything done, just a big middle finger to my mileage basically. i got lost a handful of times and i'm sure i looked insane pulling into places to turn around but i didn't know what else to do.

i was white-knuckling the wheel from the second i got in the car to the second i got out. i never found a place that was free of traffic. i can't stomach being near anyone else. it feels too claustrophobic. i hate that i can't find somewhere to disappear to.

Disappearing is an easy feeling to get, you have to find either a large hill of sorts or somewhere high like a roof then simply it up there grab a blanket maybe just a jacket and stare at the sky. If you absolutely must put some earbuds in but if not just listen to the wind.

I don't need to go anywhere. I'm alone maybe 97% of the time. (Live alone, work from home.) The remaining 3% is when I rarely visit my parents or talk to delivery drivers.

I feel like I need my alone time. I don't think I'd cope too well around other people now. It must be hard not to have your own space. Could you maybe find somewhere- any spare rooms? A loft? A shed or garage?

Live alone, too. Just cashiers and passers by. No parents. They're gone.

I have being living alone for decades. With no family contact or no friends, I speak to no one except for a few words exchanges at grocery shopping. I got used to it and don't miss the interactions with others. But I used to feel lonely. And at the same time, I used to, and still now, feel I need to get away. So, I know the feeling. So many of us feel the same, yet we are unable to ease each other's pain. It is a tragedy.

When I was able to walk without problems I used to visit a lot of places in nature where I could be alone, not too far from Village but good enough to be alone just me and nature, that was my mental and physical therapy I miss it so much, I felt so refreshed after such visit, like new energy came into me , nature energy. Rays of Sun, its warm on my skin, gentle summer breeze, all the colours, deep blue sky, grass with all kinds of flowers, birds singing, view at the mountains, perfect, as much as I hate how life operate I cant help myself but I have to say nature is truly beautiful , I really miss that, its so distant this memories from what I live today, its like all that happened in my previous life and somehow I remember it

Honestly....
My room.
In bed.
With my stuffed animal fox.
In the dark.
Cuddle the fox and cry.
Just let it all out.
It will be ok.

That is my safe space and my escape from reality and life.

Safe in bed and my fox.

I find peace and solace in my car garage. I live alone, but I feel extremely safe in my garage. There are times I'll grab my tablet and watch Netflix and chill inside my car in the garage. I know it's weird, but it works for me.

My room. Or a place near the river that I know of. It's winter though so I won't be going until summer comes by
