If you goto your gp and tell them that you're experiencing a lot of anxiety / panic attacks you may be able to get propranolol on prescription. It was my drs first suggestion to help with physical symptoms of anxiety. It's given a lot for performance anxiety too, like if you struggle giving presentations etc. Depends on the dr I guess, and how much you need, but it's fairly commonly prescribed for that. It doesn't flag as an OD risk because you need a LOT to OD on its own.

Thanks. Propanalol I've not so worried about. I've been prescribed it before so I can probably get a prescription again. I could do without the hassle of seeing the doctor to get it but it's okay if need be. I'm hoping to find the tagamet as apparently it is the best.x
