Best bet is the dark net. It's difficult to get any benzo prescribed by a GP in the UK unless you're in a crisis situation, and the dark net will have lots of credible vendors who will sell oxazepam or equivalents.

Really, for anything stronger than ibuprofen, it's the dark-web or the street. If you don't know how to use the dark-web, I suggest that you do a lot of research before going near it. This video would be a good place to start:
