I've combed through some posts on 2m2b and found some interesting information, but not much activity lately. I gather that combined with other depressants the lethality is quite high and suffering modest, but there seems to be some debate about whether it's more likely to result in prolonged coma and other nasty but not necessarily debilitating side effects. I'd appreciate if anyone who has done some research could weigh in on the viability of this method (effectiveness, suffering, pros/cons).

From everything I've read it's a very peaceful way to go. The lethality and effectiveness is rather high as well. I'm surprised it doesn't get the attention that it deserves, but also glad it's kinda lowkey.

I'm no authority on the method though. There was a very useful guide that was made here and I've saved it. But unfortunately the author didn't want it to remain up so it was removed. I recommend doing further research if you're considering it.

Edit to add: It's also nearly untraceable, but if you do happen to survive you're going to suffer a ton of organ damage.

No worries, it's my preferred method. I'd check the edit I added to my original reply. I've heard of people dying from as little as 10ML of the stuff. 50ML seems to be the sweet spot if used as a method. It's also HIGHLY flammable so should be handled with extreme care.

Re: edit to original reply. Do you have any useful links to toxicological/medical reports?

I wish I did, much of what I had is gone. I just have a personal protocol set forth for if I ever need to use it. It's very similar to the SN method in many ways. With antiemetics being strongly recommended.

Hopefully someone more knowledgeable on the subject will come along and help you out.

Heh! I'll soon find that out soon in August. I'm betting there'll be a high chance I'll succeed. I weigh 135 lbs. intend to drink 45-50 ml mixed with 20 mg of loperamide with my fluoxetine and piperine+curcumin extract as p glycoprotein inhibitors. 30-40 mg of domperidone, and 8mg of ondansetron (would've been ginger tabs, but I decided to double down in case.

I had to browse erowid forums on the loperamide to figure out how much I'd probably need. People usually take hundreds of milligrams of that stuff, but they're usually already been screwing around with opoids. With no tolerance, it should take around 12 mg to feel something (without the PGP inhibitors). I would take more, but I'm emetophobic and I want to minimize whatever chance there is of vomiting.
