When I start thinking about it - it is a fantasy. When I start writing about it, it becomes part of "the" plan with no deadline.

My preferred method is Nembutal and of course that is just a fantasy. This world is too hellish to allow us to die peacefully, only those who are very fortunate die such a peaceful death.

I think for most people it's just a fantasy. Only a tiny fraction of registered members on this site actually die. I see posters with thousands of posts who have been registered for years and think they are just here to talk with other people, I think they maybe enjoy the fantasy and the talking but have no intention of going through with dying.

I think you are probably correct. It's one of the few places you can actually talk/text out loud about it

It's been real. My only obstacle was overcoming the fear. If something happens to my SN, I'm going to stab myself.

A little of both, I think. I've always fantasized about ways to die as a way to comfort myself. Knowing I had an "exit hatch" made it so I could slog through another day. Lately, I am moving more from fantasy, to reality. I am both scared and sad to have come to this.

My plan is my plan. There is nothing fantastical about it. I'm taking real, concrete steps in order to bring my plan to fruition. And I will, just as I say. It's the only thing even keeping me going.
