Mine is fucked. I fall asleep at 6:30/7:00AM and wake up at 5:30-7:00PM. I feel like human garbage.

I don't have a job obviously which is why I am so useless and have such a garbage sleep schedule. What about you guys?

With sleeping pills, relatively normal, usually. Without it I have fragmented sleep schedule and when I do sleep it's of poor quality. I might fall asleep from 6-10 PM with really shallow and crappy sleep, and then maybe fall asleep 2 hours in the morning and wake up still tired. Eventually combination of little sleep and VERY poor quality of sleep makes me almost go insane, I'm so tired and run down yet I'm not sleepy at all, sleep is completely impossible, and paradoxically I start feeling stimulated, a uncomfortable type of stimulation. As the days go I am in a weird state, I feel like an overstimulated zombie.

Yeah, I go to sleep round 6 - 7am and get up in the evenings as well. I like it better at night though, it's quiet and relaxing when everyone else is asleep.

Three hours a day at any random time. Fell asleep on someone earlier and they were pissed. Cat naps have been my sleep schedule for the past couple years.

What is that thing i have heard others talk of, the fabled restful nights sleep, waking feeling refreshed and ready too go? I could do with a bit of that, but for now i make do with sleeping for a couple of hours, then another hour or two of trying to shut my brain up so i can get my other two hours in.

How do you shut your brain up? i've tried telling it but the bloody thing takes no notice of me....

I always end up going to sleep after midnight, unless I fall asleep before. My sleep schedule is so screwed. I get anywhere from no sleep to 16 hours. It's not uncommon to see me with my head down when I can in school, trying to get even a few seconds more of sleep. I'll get 1 hour of sleep one night, and the next I'll pass out when I get home as soon as I get to my room for a few hours. I have no schedule, I'm a night person and school ruins that. I've done this so long I feel like I'm addicted to the feeling of lacking sleep or something. What the hell is wrong with me?

I try to go to sleep on time, but I usually end up cutting myself for an hour so I end up going to sleep at about midnight. I have to wake up at 6:30 every weekday though, and wear this horrible smiling mask again. Sometimes I wake up, but I usually don't. I'm quite lucky in that regard.

I go to sleep, about 5 or 6 o'clock in the morning and get up late afternoon. Only if I have an appointment I get up earlier, that means only two hours of sleep then, but that doesn't matter anymore, if you're overtired you don't see so your shitty life so clearly and just behave like a zombie. But there's no chance of sleeping in the night at the moment and I don't wanna take some pills therefore.

That's my schedule too. Sometimes I try and reset it by staying awake all night and the next day but that often backfires and I end up feeling like shit with no improvement to the schedule.

Still somewhat normal, around midnight or so and up by 7:00 am or so. Sometimes I sleep in, especially during the wintertime.

School keeps it consistent for me, weekdays i wake up at six and fall asleep anywhere between 10:00 - 12:00pm. Weekends I sleep in as long as possible and fall asleep around the same time. No matter how early i fall asleep tho i still wake up tired lol, I'm constantly lethargic no matter what i do

I also take something at night to sleep, but I stopped taking it a couple months ago. Crazy how dependant your body gets on a pill to fall asleep.

I cannot remember the last time I had a decent nights sleep.
I wake up every hour and at least once a night have to make a cup of tea.
Many years of shift work have probably done their worst.

If you stay up at night and sleep during the day then your responsibilities don't count because you have to sleep. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Then you would just have to do your responsibilities at night.

Religious, practically.
Keeping a consistent sleeping pattern is an important part of epilepsy. An important part of keeping myself stable, that is.
22:00 - bed time, 05:20 - wake up time. No questions, no compromise.

I fall asleep around 12/1 AM and have to wakeup at 6:00, but naturally get up even earlier at times. Even on my days off. This past year on average I've gotten 5 hours of sleep(and sometimes less) everynight and I'm not exaggerating. I've even gotten hollows under my eyes as a result which is sort of jarring considering I've never had them in my life. Why can't sleep deprivation kill me instead?lol
