What's the unit used for antipsychotics in stans guide?

So i'm looking at stans guide to SN, and he mentions that you dont need an antiemetic if you're on antipsychotics, he mentions Quetiapine- 245 nM. What exactly is nM? Sorry if stupid question, just want to make sure. Cheers.
thought the same thing, maybe he meant MG? because i take 100mg daily but i could easily take 200+, which is why i want to ask. Wouldn't want to mess it up.
