I'm in a similar boat. Basically living in bed most of the time. Anything I do is merely because I have to, or dive into it before I really have the chance to talk myself out of it.
I really like what Muffin said, sometimes the bare minimum is all we need to worry about to get by. If you're in a situation that allows for that, then rest is better than overwhelming yourself or putting yourself in crisis.
Maybe (when you're feeling up to it of course) challenge yourself to single tasks that can move you forward in some way. Don't tackle it all at once. It could be something like organizing a drawer, Idk. And that's all you have to do for that day, or that week, or whatever. Just throwing out ideas. In the meantime, don't beat yourself up for feeling exhausted. That's a common result of compromised mental health. Take care.
