In your opinion, what's the most painful way to CTB?

Self immolation can't be fun.
Jumping and train if you don't die right away or survive.

I think that from what I read self immolation certainly sounds like the worst method, it sounds like an absolutely horrific way to die.

I guess all of them are horrible if they go wrong but I second the immolation & personally probably drowning

I completely agree, though I've always wanted to ctb this way. It sounds beautiful but I know the pain will be too much for me.

Strange, I thought train deaths were instantaneous. But I agree with self-immolation-- I think drowning has to be up there too. OD'ing with paracetamol sounds horribly painful as well.

I don't think there is one "most painful" method to ctb since there is virtually no limit to how much pain you can experience. I would say being tortured for your entire life and then burning slowly.

Probably a tie between Self immolation and dying from cancer. Paracetamol overdose is also incredibly bad but I think death from cancer's worse.
