For me drinking water with a straw is a calming occurrence. The way it like weirdly envelopes my tongue I just like.

Whats something like that that you can appreciate in your day to day - despite everything?

Texting with my son. He has given me so much hope that I can actually recover completely and not feel the urge to ctb every day.

My pets. They need me. And they love me unconditionally. I cannot imagine my life without them.

Creating art, whether that be painting or sewing or crocheting or knitting something. Sometimes I just look thru my books for my next project. I try to make myself create something every day, even if it is just a pencil drawing in my art journal. Right now I am making a dress for the little girl who lives next door.

I've been playing this game nearly every day for over a decade, even if just a few minutes to do the daily challenge. Simple, calming, I can put on music or a video to listen to while I putz around.

It has free levels, but it was more than worth it for me to drop like $3 or whatever to unlock them all years and years ago.

Everything that keeps me going is insignificant. Right now it's mainly the Sonic 3 movie but after that, the only thing left I guess would be Pokémon: Legends Z-A. "Luckily" thanks to the Game Freak gigaleak, that game is likely going to be delayed and could also end up sucking as a result so I may not have to worry about that. I kind of doubt the Switch 2 will have enough to draw me in but we'll see if they even announce it soon.

My favorite video game of all time is Xenoblade Chronicles (no I will not take criticism). And it surprises a lot of people that I haven't played the Switch remaster or XC3. And the reason is that if I keep putting it off, I have a reason to keep going.
