Nembutal, obviously. Overall, overdoses suck. Seizures and vomiting are a symptom of almost every overdose with any med.

Opioids, barbiturates, and benzos as far as I know. Stuff like Heroin/Fentanyl are pretty dangerous although fentanyl is more dangerous. Xanax is also pretty dangerous not because it's xanax, it's because it's always laced with fentanyl or some other cheap opioids.

Nembutal, sadly, is very hard to get. SN comes close and is easier to get. Normal drugs that work well are strong opioids + benzos, but aren't a fun experience to OD on. Generally, don't try normal over-the-counter and prescription meds.

Besides Nembutal, I've always envisioned opioids to be one of the least painful / pleasureful ways to ctb. Never tried them though, have only read how heavenly it's supposed to feel. In my head, if I can get the best high of my life while also dying, wouldn't that be amazing? Hard to say if that's actually true or imaginary though...

It is a decent way to go. It will be rather messy with throwing up and seizures. It can look rather gruesome from the outside but usually the person ODing is so high and out of it that they don't even care or notice throwing up much anymore. Anti histamines are definitely recommended to take with it since most people will react with strong nausea when taking opiods for the first times, even at very small doses. Opioids via IV is still the best way but it is actually hard to get the needle in if you aren't experienced.

Me being afraid of needles probably doesn't help either haha.

The level of entry to this method seems so high (pun intended) compared to SN though. So many moving variables and factors. And what if you somehow were to get addicted instead? It's really terrifying.

Unless you are already in those circles and have an established connection, opioids really aren't the best choice. It's hard to pull off reliably, and especially when you are already struggling with mental health, an opioid addiction is so so easy to develop. Be aware of the risks

Very good advice, thank you. My interest in opioids as a method was based more from fantasy I think. The harsh reality is that it's a dangerous road to walk on, too risky and impractical. :aw:
