What's the common factor that we all share?

Ive been seeing a lot of posts talking about social ackwardness, low self esteem, low motivation to work and pay bills and so on.

What are we? Guenuine question.

Beta males and females, too smart for our own good, lazy, defficient, geniuses, bad education, poor brain engineering?

What are we really.

Why don't we fit, why don't we want any of this?

(Sorry if theres anything wrong with the phrasing, im a low self esteem drunk french canadian after all) I still think its a good question.

I think we're just done. You'll find people from all walks of life who have had enough, and for a multitude of reasons. It's normal to see some common characteristics among people here as things like depression and anxiety are going to be rampant in a community like this. But I wouldn't say we are any one thing, specifically.

We're all suicidal for various reasons but that's where the similarities end. A need to belong to something is also evident. That's not unique to us though but all humanity

This is an interesting question and something I'm curious about too. I think there's a sense of futility with life that we all feel for one reason or another, some people have been abused, some are ill and sick, some have a form of general social phobia.. most are alone or feel very alone and look to this forum as the one refuge in the wilderness.

but i think life in its essence is kind of a waste of time, some people want to deny that because they're distracted and that's fine but others, like us, have been led to open their eyes fully to the ultimate end and can't take their eyes off it now.

i'd have to think about this question further to offer anything else..

We all have decided that life isn't worth living and the reasons that you described are mostly true, though with some variations and iterations of them. Then beyond those common reasons, we all have unique and personal reasons (different for everyone) of why we want to end it.

I think the only common factor is reaching the end of our rope (so to speak) and wanting to end it. I've seen all manner of people here with a huge range of situations and problems.

As others have mentioned, what we have in common is we're reaching our breaking point and see death as a way out. The reasons for why we are suicidal vary significantly.

I'm not particularly any of those things. But life isn't worth it. Most people live lives of appalling quality. Unless you're a 1%er or so.
I don't like most people so I don't want their approval. I am thinking of ctb but is not something I am hurried to do. I'm well aware that I am condemned to die whether I like it or not. We all are. I rather we had the opportunity to go before life gets too bad but societies need cannon fodder and cheap workers. Allow me to quote Ligotti .
