I am planning to jump off a bridge this summer but most likely my survival instinct will kick in and will make me chicken out. What should I do before I do this, should I get drunk and do this?

i prefer benzos a lot more to calm everything down, and honestly when i take them even my wish to die goes away momentarily so. choose what better works for you. i do not like alcohol for these purposes too much, but that is just me.Yep benzos , a lot of them, when i take 2mg , i dont care about anything, nothing worries me anymore , unfortunately it doesnt last for a lifetime like any drugs.
