Full suspension is easier, in my own opinion.
Though many will argue partial is easier, it requires the right set up, finding the right spot and pressure to apply, whereas with full once you've dropped its unlikely you'll survive it unless the rope breaks or you're discovered, many prefer the idea of partial as it appears to be less painful and quick if done right but it also means fighting the SI to stand up which can be hard.
Though this is all my own opinion so make of it what you will, i just prefer the idea of full as once you've done it theres no going back, no getting out of it.
They both have pros and cons you just have to find what suits you best.

honestly full suspension would be easier because in partial you are kneeling down and survival instinct will kick in. when your in full suspension you can fight but you wont make it out most of the time.

As far as not being able to back out of full, that's not necessarily the case. There have been accounts from users on this site of their trials with full and they backed out due to a chair or table or other such surface being nearby. So it all depends on the set up really.

I agree that full would be the choice. Once you step off of your support there is no going back. Make sure to clear a space around you so there is no possibility of finding anything you could use to support yourself when SI kicks in.
