Tried ctb by nitrogen... felt like so long before I removed the hood,si got me,as did my attempts at jumping and hanging...I know i have to go but doing it is so hard,whats left of my body seems to fight back with fear.really dont know what else to try,my body frailty is whats driving me to do it but the method escapes me each time.really need my physical pain and mental torment somehow.literaly banging my head of the wallls
