What's a good word for someone who is meant/always going to be suicidal?

I feel like even if I hadn't gone down the road I'm on now, I'd still end up at this place. For different reasons, but I'd have these same feelings.

The medical community often uses the term "untreatable". Hell we are all meant to die at some point. That's the cards nature deals us. Ether we can do it ourselves or die of a heart attack or in some nursing home.

For the most part, fuck the medical community for trying to pathologize suicide as some disease or propagate depression as a mental illness or some bullshit chemical imbalance crap. Sure, I mean there are cases where depression is due to chemical imbalance, but the majority of them are due to shitty life circumstances, people who get fucked over in life, and eventually end up with those ailments, not because they are inherently broken or ill.

As for dying in a nursing home (while the hospices and healthcare workers drain my bank account), fuck that no thank you. I'd rather go on my own terms like most of us on here.
