I have 30 tablets of 15mg temazepam, 45 tablets of 50mg Trazodone, and 60 tablets of 2mg Prazosin currently available to me in my medicine cabinet. (That translates to 450mg of temazepam, 2250mg of Trazodone, and 120mg of Prazosin.) What would happen if I took all of it? I wasn't planning on going this way because everyone knows that downing a bunch of pills rarely results in death, even if they are prescription, but it may be worth a shot if it's my only option...

Looking it up, Prazosin and Trazodone may have additive effects in lowering your blood pressure, which can lead to fainting. Same with Prazosin and Temazepam. It says taking Trazodone with alcohol can be dangerous. You can enter a coma with Temazepam if it's high enough. Benzodiazepines in general can always be life-threatening, especially depending on the dosage and how you take it. With how high those dosages are, I'm sure it could hurt or mess you up pretty badly that you might die from it, but I can't say for sure.

Temazepam slows breathing, so an overdose might result in your lungs failing to contract and you die via respiratory failure.
Trazdone overdosing may result heart arrhythmia.

Both seem like depressants which lower your blood pressure.. so an overdose death would be slow.

From the answers above, what I gather is that this would be a rather peaceful method. I guess alcohol and antiemetics might help just because of the number of tablets. I'll look into this, I have a similar med combination already.
