I'm guessing slitting your wrists as it takes a long time to die and you essentially bleed to death.
Or drowning, as you would be holding your breath for a long time because of SI and your lungs would probably feel like they're on fire.

Eating rat poison, I think. I once saw a video of a man who did just that, and it really didn't look pleasant. Or bleach, and all those things that will just burn/melt your insides.
