How will it affect the process of dying? Just slow it down? Does anyone know?

I'm guessing here, but I suppose the desired effect would be the same, only the time to death would be longer.

depends of the size of the meal, but anyway eating a big meal prior to or after the drug ingestion is not recommended to reduce chances of slow drug absorption or vomiting. you can find more infos about it in the PPeH or in a guide to a self chosen and humane death

Thank you for answers. Okay, so higher risk of vomiting. What about longer time to die? Do you imagine that's what would happen?

You know, you don't need to worry about nausea if you make a suppository. People here just won't discuss it because they are so sensitive about their butts.

I think it's because it slows absorption. That's also the main reason you want to use anti-emetics, which increase the absorption of N.
A lot of people here seem very concerned about throwing up. If you can drink 200ml of vodka in three four gulps without throwing up, then I don't think you would with N either. And yes I understand the taste is really nasty. Nevertheless I wouldn't skip anti-emetics, but I would choose something like Domperidone (Motilium) instead of Metoclopramide or Prochlorperazine. Yes Domperidone is weaker, but little risk for eps and such.

At the end you have to make your decision yourself, but I would recommend you to follow recommendations in PPE and such. It can be dangerous to try something new, like people who plan to use a mask instead of a bag when doing the inert gas method.

Lol that would be a massive suppository. If it came in a concentrated enough liquid to do that though I totally would.

Lol! oh that's right, sorry, I forgot you guys are not getting pharma-grade stuff!
So not a suppository then. An enema.
An N Enema...
NENEMA!
That's officially what we're gonna call it, the NENEMA method.
Seriously, I still think suppository is a viable method to explore for people who struggle with the nausea, absorption rate may be so much better than oral route that non-pharma concentration is less of an issue.
I'm gonna ask A about it, if I can ever figure out his mysterious email address. I'll offer myself as a test subject for the lethal NENEMA.

most people get side effects with pills and meals one of near fail process is possibility to vomit and the absorption doesn't happen or half of it gets absorbed which may cause organ or neuron damages

No, there is not a higher risk of anything. Just risk. Could be or could be not. It is up to each single person..

About time. Yes, I do. But you may imagine it as well.

I am looking at the amount of liquid, it's so much. I don't drink vodka, the only thing I drink that much at once is water, and 200 ml does not take me 4 gulps... I don't know how I am gonna make it.

Yes eating a big meal would slow it's absorption and you might throw up. Having a small snack after it would be fine. I saw dignitis do that.
