What will autopsy determine?

Will N show up as a natural death in autopsy report or will they find out it was a suicide due to N?

They wiill know that it is a suicide. The N will show up in the tox screen as a barbiturate OD.

The cause of death would be along the lines of Asphyxia or asphyxiation as a result of Acute Barbiturate Overdose. (Same as Jimmy Hendrix)

The manner of death would be suicide.

If you OD on something prescribed they might rule it accidental. Might.
I doubt many get a scrip for this stuff.
