i've been thinking about using bandages around my wrist to cover my deep cuts and i dont really have much of a choice to wear long sleeves. I dont want them to be seen by people because it honestly sucks seeing them pretending to care.Any ideas or tips?, Im still on the idea of wearing a bandage wrap around my wrist but im afraid that would attract more attention than when i am not wearing it.

Long sleeves are the only effective means of doing that. You could use makeup as well but they'll be somewhat visible still.

i have seen some people cover it up with bracelets.. you might wanna try that and no one would question you. Perks of covering it with bracelets is that you wouldn't have to wear long sleeves and melt in the summer. If you're not comfortable with wearing bracelets for any reason, then of course, theres other ways. Don't use bandages though, if anyone cares they might be concerned and ask about it.

Or just try doing SH in other areas that are always covered up (thighs mostly, or your chest)

I wear arm warmers. Nude or patterned, people think it's just a fashion statement lol

whenever i've worn bandages out in public, people have either said nothing or assumed i got hurt in some other way. it's also very easy to make up other reasons for injury when covering up with a bandage, as really anything could be under there. not the worst option in all honesty. i also think arm warmers and bracelets are a good option, i wear pretty wide leather cuffs sometimes and those work wonders. i've also used a full-coverage concealer for scars and have gotten decent results.

I use accessories they help a ton! You can use gauze depending on how high up the scars are and draw on it, buckles chokers around (this is for like bicep scars idk where all yours are)
Arm warmers! the fishnet ones make everything blurry enough they work too. They have longer ones and ones tht stop at your wrists
Also something else thats not exactlyyyyhiding that helps is glaring. Idk if youre talking abt strangers or friends but glaring shuts ppl up. Or say the craziest shit - ppl will stop. (i got kidnapped and tortured, i fell off a roof and got punished, i got thrown thru a window etc)
