Help what to do before and during the jump

I'm planning on catching the bus soon and my ticket will be jumping from a high building.

I'm around 180 cm and weigh somewhere between 80- 82 kg. I'd like an answer to questions like what kind of drugs do I need to take to overcome SI and what should I consider before jumping?
the guy in a video struggled for a while to jump over the barrier so if someone could guide me on what I should do to jump faster than he did. he seemed to me like he was a little shorter than I am.

@a_dead_mess I'm definitely no expert, otherwise I wouldn't be here, and I think @Bed and @Smart No More are better suited at answering this question than I am.

If I had to guess, I would probably say benzodiazepines and a bit of alcohol just prior to carrying out your plan. Benzos are known to intensity the effect of alcohol, and for many people that effect allows them to overcome fear.

Everyone is different when intoxicated, and I know that I certainly leave visual clues when I drink, so this may act as a red flag to others.

I've heard that street drugs such as cocaine often give feelings of "mental strength", but I cannot back this up.

There was a study performed by Cornell Medical Center in NY that tested propranolol (an anti-anxiety and beta blocker) as a medicine to reduce fear, and the study did show some effect. I've linked to that article below. Propranolol is discussed by some users on this forum for this very purpose.

Nothing will fully prepare you to get over SI besides sheer will. That being said drugs that work on GABA receptors to lower inhibition and anxiety can help. Personally, I'll be using benzos, clonazolam in particular (not clonazepam) it is 4-5x as potent as clonazepam/xanax.

As @Jrmull1993 mentioned, propanolol can be used to reduce physical anxiety such as an increased heart rate. It doesn't do much for the mental component of anxiety. Although both physical and mental can exacerbate the other.

To answer the rest of your question.

If you can see the bottom of the tower, be sure others are not in the immediate vicinity.

Personally, if I was doing this method, I'd try my hardest in making sure it was at a time when children are not likely to be awake, and when you'd have as little a crowd as possible.

Unfortunately this is true. I feel that by me getting all my affairs in order I have made it easier, but I will only know for sure the day I go and attempt my CTB plan.

I can't help you for sure but I believe any combination of cocaine, benzos, and alcohol would help overcome the SI. I wish I could get on to a building that high, as messy and perhaps traumatizing it might be for anyone that happens to be nearby. Good luck

I did some research and found out this method is going to be hard to go through. the government made steps to prevent suicide attempts and there is a high chance I won't be able to jump over the fence. I'm looking into SN

I'd buy the most expensive steak dinner I could afford (insert favorite food). I would leave a note to the earth thanking it for allowing me to experience some of its beauty and tell it I don't blame it for my suicide but rather my fellow men. Knowing me, I'd sing my favorite song as an ode to the life I wish I enjoyed. I would be emotional. As I write this, I am. I would be sad for what could have been. I would scream Balenciaga as an homage to all my LGBTQ brothers and sisters in the struggle and take my grand leap. I wish I had the courage to jump. There are sky scarpers all around me but I'm deathly afraid of heights. As I fall, I would say apologize to those I may have hurt intentionally or unintentionally. Perhaps I'd think about Tokyo and how I always wanted to visit and then, splat.
