What should you do when you ctb? Dose, then lie down, etc?

What is the procedure when ctb by SN?

So I'll have my substances on a table. I have a feel for timing, but then after the actual drink, is it best to immediately lay down on your right side? I'll have a zip tie garbage bag in case I throw up? Should I have SN dose right next to me if I do throw up?

I want to figure out movements as I'm losing consciousness.

Do people still vomit with anti Emerica?

I need this to work as I'm in hotel but have no apartment. Greatest nightmare is get revived and will be placed in mental hospital for a long time.

Also how noisy is it? The 1 video I saw she just laid down but it was edited footage so it just looked like she sat up, drank 2 doses. Then laid on her right side.

I can't take these terror panic attacks trying to live and being a vegetable slowly.

Any thoughts?

I have read other people's schedules specifically mention laying on your side. If you aren't unconscious, then vomiting while on your back will be really unpleasant instead of fatal.

im no expert, but i hear that someone lied down on their right side and supposedly it worked. i believe it was BabyCamus

Apparently lying down on your right side to help with absorption into the small intestine
