I found Paracord to be ideal during my previous attempts. The stuff is cheap and found at most hiking or outdoor outlets. It's designed to be very strong, it can hold roughly 550lbs or 250kg. I'd use some padding to make it a bit more comfortable though.

Can a pull up bar which has the capacity of 350 kg sufficient to hold my 80 kg of weight when full suspension.I have seen the bodies thrashing while full supsension. Will this make the pull up bar fall down. Do I need to buy the pull up bar which can hold more weight
The bar itself may hold that weight. That just means under normal circumstances of use that the bar won't snap or bend. I'd probably wager that the thrashing period has a real chance of wiggling the bar enough for it to fall though. Unless the bar is anchored to the wall or something.
