I want to ctb by drowning myself, but i know how to swim so i have to lose consciousness before. How should i do it? What are the methods to lose consciousness while i'm in the water?
If i bring a poison vial and drink it, will it work?
The ideal is a gun but i don't have access to guns in my country.
